About me
My name is Arthur Banga Pondrack, I'm a Congolese who lives in Uganda. I am a painter and draftsman. My work explores the relationship between spirituality and human experience, highlighting the tension between reason and irrationality and the central role of emotion in this dynamic.
self-taught, developed a visual language that combines symbolic figures, refined lines and a limited color palette, creating contemplative compositions inspired by myths, archetypes and inner emotional states. My work seeks to reveal the duality of human experience between light and dark, control and surrender, and invite the viewer into introspective reflection.
I've just visited several local exhibitions, and am continuing to expand my artistic practice, with the intention of sharing a universe where spirituality, emotion, and inner reflection intersect.
