About me

I want to know what nurtures me.

Colonization and imperialism have cost every single one of us. We are all intimately familiar with what harms us, but we have all lost connection with what nurtures us: the stories told by our ancestors, the foods they cooked, the traditions, but also the land that we walk on and what it needs to thrive so that it can continue to nurture us.

My current work focuses on three main areas:

Native Currency - An intentional questioning of what we value versus what we should.

New Symbolism - Creating symbols that honor our current understanding of humanity in this world.

A Woman's Character - An irreverent critique of the roles women have been allowed to play in media and story throughout time.
