A deep Soul's Dive into different landscapes of emotions
ARTISTS STATEMENT
Corinna's work exists at the intersection of intuition and emotional processing. Their abstract art paintings
condense inner states into layered visual spaces, where tension, fragility and movement coexist.
Working with acrylics and oil pastels builds and disrupts surfaces in an ongoing dialogue. Traces of revision and
intervention remain visible, becoming an essential part of their visual language. Their works reflect processes of
remembering, letting go and translating the intangible info form.
Corinna’s paintings are not merely compositions – they are emotional states. They invite the viewer to enter and
resonate with their own inner landscapes
BIO
Corinna Kellner is a German-based abstract arctician, whose work explores emotional states, inner tension and
transformation. Their practice is driven by a deep engagement with psychological processes, memory and the
complexity of human experience.
Working primarily acrylic, oil pastels and acrylic sprays, Corinna develops their paintings through an intuitive, layered
process. They build, disrupt and reconstruct surfaces, allowing traces of revision and fragmentation to remain visible.
This approach reflects their interest in the instability of emotions and the non-linear nature of healing and personal
growth.
Their work is inspired by moments of emotional intensity, inner conflict and release. Rather than illustrating specific
narratives, Corinna creates open visual spaces, that invite viewers to connect with their own experiences and
interpretations.
In 2026, their work is presented at ARTMUC Munich in May, as well as at Weekend Gallery, Augsburg. These
exhibitions mark an important step in the development of their artistic practice and presence within the
contemporary art scene.
