About me

Guided by several mentors during her teenage years, she steadily cultivated her passion for painting. The global pandemic of 2020 became a turning point, acting as a catalyst that deepened her commitment to art. During this period, she discovered a particular affinity for oil and acrylics, materials that matched the fluidity and malleability of her creative expression.

Although she has been painting since childhood, Daria considers the summer of 2021 as the true beginning of her career, marked by her first solo exhibition, High Brain Activity, in her hometown of Chisinau. Later that same year, she entered the international stage with a group exhibition in Venice, Italy.

In 2022, she relocated to Venice, where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and International Studies, completing her dissertation in medical ethics. After graduating, she spent a year traveling and working as a language tutor, experiences that further broadened her perspective.

Now back in Moldova, Daria continues to devote herself to painting. For her, art is the act of giving form to images that previously existed only in her imagination - an intimate process of transforming thought into vision.
