About me
Fatema (Fay) Alkaabi is a talented designer and artist who graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Zayed University in 2024. She specializes in crafting compelling visual narratives, using art and design as a medium to tell stories that resonate with a wide audience. She blends various artistic forms, embracing both traditional and contemporary methods, while exploring themes that often reflect her cultural background, personal experiences, and are often research based.
Alkaabi had an exhibition in House of Wisdom under “Talent in House” in August 2024, participated in Al Marmoom Film Festival 2025, and Sikka Art and Design Festival 2025 and 2026. She was also a part of the Public Art Education Programme by Dubai Culture, has a certification of Foundation of Curatorial Studies from NODE, and was part of a writing residency call the Mental Room in Bahrain.
