researching the indiscernible connections between ideas and disciplines
I am a feminist, an art curator, critic and writer, a mother, a reader and a translator.
I have a special interest in queer identities, posthumanism, science fiction and interdisciplinary approaches and a deep engagement with feminist and human rights movements.
My research focuses on contemporary art creation as a multidimensional space where all those fields intersect and interact, offering new perspectives on the world and the self.
I have a multidisciplinary background with a BA in Physics, an MA in Art Conservation, and a PhD that combines Physics with Literature and Contemporary Art.
I have been an independent contemporary art curator, a translator, and an art critic and writer for several institutions, media, and artists. Currently, I am a regular contributor to The Greek Art Newspaper and elculture.gr, and I curate a podcast about books and feminism with the Greek art historian Marina Lagou.
One of my personal goals is to find new, interdisciplinary ways of approaching art and theory, combining art criticism with different forms of writing (including literature or science).
I couldn’t stand this world without art, music, literature and movies.
