About me

Walking is not just about moving through space, but a perceptive and cognitive act that involves the body in its entirety.

Why walk together?
Because walking with someone opens the door to sharing sensations and exchanging ideas.
A reciprocal exchange that helps us grow—walking has become the common ground where our ideas merge.

We are Romina Dorigo and Giorgia Contin. We met while walking through the calli of Venice and sharing thoughts and coffee in the classrooms of the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.

One of us is from Arabba, a small village nestled in the Eastern Dolomites, and the other from the northern areas of the Po Valley.
Our steps have taken us to the regional Park of the Euganean Hills and the Natural Park of the Belluno Dolomites. We have explored both the most famous areas and those hidden from mass tourism.

From the various walks we’ve taken, and the sensations and observations we’ve collected, we decided that all of this should be shared with anyone willing to listen to what our territory has to tell.
