About me

I am ceramic artist, designer,
founder of the art brand “LeMade”®
and creative studio LeMade Boutique (Riga, Latvia),
founder and teacher of the LeMade School of ceramics,
participant in state/ international, creative projects and exhibitions in Latvia and abroad.

The author's works are in private collections in more than 20 countries.

And I am so happy to know that I have found a language that I understand, thanks to which I can recognize myself and the world around me. And I am inspired by the thought of the endless and bottomless expanses that exist in ceramics! They cannot be mastered in many lifetimes!

I really enjoy working with stoneware, porcelain using hand-making techniques, playing with textures and glazes in medium-sizes.
I dream of creating larger pieces and get to know wood-firing.

And I know, that my dreams will come true!
Because my eyes burn brightly, my head generously gives birth to ideas, my hands thoughtfully sculpt, and my heart beats with inspiration, awe and gratitude to the Universe for this happiness of being a ceramist!
