About me

My work continues to explore the geometry, texture and shape of my subject matter as found both in the topography of our environment and that as created by nature.
Often minimalist and abstract in which I exploit the unexpected and overlooked elements around us which are encountered and discovered by careful observation.
One of my main interests is that of structures as found in the built environment. These may be explored and interpreted in a number of ways. I attempt to examine their depth, volume of mass and internal structure by repeated images from varying viewpoints and perspectives which are then overlaid using degrees of transparent layers at post processing stage.
The resulting images cause the observer to see the subject in a new light and apply a new perspective to the object presented to them.
These works are exhibited and held in collections in both Europe and North America.
