RL🍎Art (Rabatho Laka) is a visual artist, illustrator, and storyteller. As a South African making hand-drawn surrealism art, I explore a world of possibilities through modern black identity and Afro-centric motifs. My work incorporates bold, vibrant colours and geometric shapes with narratives of South African nostalgia. I enjoy telling visual stories that captivate the audience and invoke a sense of relatability and shared human experiences.

My creativity is driven by the desire to represent these shared human experiences.

My aim is to motivate people to be open to a new world and feel inspired for a new day.
