I want to create a powerful intensity in my work whether through using light-dark to create dramatic contrasts in my paintings or using millennia aged bogwood in my sculptures.
About me
I paint inspired by the dramatic contrast of the Old Masters use of light-dark techniques. I sculpt inspired by Irish Archaeology and its cultural legacy using ancient bogpine, gold and bronze.
