Hand-sewed surgical gowns and personal clothing The series digs deeply in the family theme: father, son and mother translated into operating gowns, the artist's personal garments and sewing thread. It is important for him to work with textiles that have a history, as he is very interested in retaining the identity of the fabrics by changing their shape. The foundations of Sutura are surgical gowns, old sheets, T-shirts, trousers and personal garments. The works are entirely hand-sewn and represent abstract maps of his life. His dream is to trap his most intimate experience in his designs.
