The representation of phone-sized images painted throughout the space inhabited by the artist is a recurring theme in her body of work. Through a certain methodology that involves tearing down, rethinking and reassembling the space itself, this latter has become an exciting e vivid investigation material. The series titled Figurine contains a wide variety of works in which she explores this loop of seeing and being seen, in which one’s self becomes more of a character. Her attention to the image has become clearer approaching the living space as a medium for the painting.
