My paintings, especially this one, refer to extreme human emotions, often very extreme, caused by mental disorders. Such people are engaged in a battle with themselves, which often takes place in solitude, without the knowledge of even their loved ones. Mental disorders are not understood by most people. Often people who have been diagnosed feel isolated and sometimes even discriminated against. My works are meant to show the normality of such states, when you feel overwhelmed by emotions and want to scream.
