The often quoted sentence "A rose is a rose is a rose is a rose" from the poem "Sacred Emily" by Gertrude Stein (1874- 1946), who is known as the mother of tautology, is representative of "things are what they are". For Gertrude Stein, a term always embodies its image and the feelings associated with it. What do we associate with tablets? Health, well-being.... Can ingested granules, pressed into an aesthetic form, fulfill our expectations, or do they deceive our perception? In the end, do they remain things as they are?
