Part of a series of works on paper of abstracted heads / faces. As the series has progressed the heads / faces have become increasingly fragmented and split into pieces which even though abstracted, their features are still visible. The brushwork contributes to textures of the faces and are evocative of wrinkles, hair and flesh sagging with age.
