Stag Materializing is an oil painting of a red deer stag painted in a semi abstract style and in vibrant rainbow colours. It is 40x40x1.5 inches. The painting is multilayered and multicoloured but the predominate colours are purples and oranges. The face and antlers of the stag are painted in a portrait style but the body becomes more and more transparent as it recedes into the strange space of the background.
