Carpet designer and manufacturer // When creating my carpets, I follow the motto “Head, Hand and Heart”. The word “Head” represents creativity and imagination, the word “Hand” skills and craftsmanship and the word “Heart” represents the idea of honesty and love for craft. In the past, the carpet played a role of war loot, swag or gift. Apart from its commercial significance, it has always had its artistic, decorative and utility value as a luxury item. And it is no different today. Each of my carpets is an original piece, which by its quality, material, colour, composition, and design can create an atmosphere that will dominate the entire space. The starting point when designing a carpet is predominantly my author's painting which I work with in various ways, for example, by editing in graphic programs. The initial painting design which is an approximation of the end product is subsequently adapted into a final form of carpet, depending on technological possibilities. During production, I pay attention to the use of quality materials. The carpets are 100% wool yarns from local suppliers. So I use quality materials because, as the old Persian proverb says: “The carpet lives as long as the wool lives”. My carpets are meant to meet the demands of modern life relating to the environment of the person in which he lives, his dwelling or the space in which he spends his time. I am therefore able to develop appropriate sizes, textures, colours and designs as individual rolls of carpet.
