Customer Returns Policy
Our return policy in fact is Your satisfaction guarantee. We make it very simple:
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Follow.art, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date: You have 14 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfil it.
As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire artwork price.
Please note – Follow.art does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges and service fees unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
The following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- it has to be less than 14 days since you have received the artwork.
- the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging.
- please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund.
- it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artwork.
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we together with the Seller and shipping partner can learn more about what went wrong with particular shipment.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING
To request a return or a replacement, simply:
- Log into your Follow.art account
- Go to your Orders page
- Click on 'Return item' button next to the artwork you wish to return
- Fill in all the relevant details and submit!
If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, Follow.art will manage the return of the artwork and will bear the cost of returns. If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
What happens next?
- Once we receive your Return request we'll process it within 2 working days
- We’ll confirm your Return request and provide all instructions and relevant documentation via email;
- You will be fully refunded the artwork value once the Seller has notified Follow.art of safely delivery of Artwork back. If customs duties were paid by the Customer upon receipt, they will not be refunded.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your return.
RETURNS AND DISPUTES
At Follow.art we do our best so our Customers’ buying experience is exceptional, and that’s what we aim to deliver with every order. Unfortunately accidents can happen and if something is going wrong, we are there to resolve Your complaint concerning the Artworks ordered, following the hereafter criteria:
- Product not received: the Product has not been received
- Non-compliant Product: the received Artwork does not correspond to the ordered Artwork
In the case of a complaint from a Customer regarding the above mentioned, Follow.art will take care of the resolution of the dispute by involving Seller and/or Shipping courier. Follow.art will make all the efforts necessary to resolve the dispute with the Customer amicably and fast.
To open dispute, simply:
- Log into your Follow.art account
- Go to your Orders page
- Click on Open Dispute button next to the artwork you wish to claim
- Fill in all the relevant details and submit!
Depending on the case, the declared dispute will result either in the return of the Artwork and the reimbursement of the Customer by Follow.art or only in the reimbursement, total or partial, of the Customer.
