Gavazov

Dimitar Shopov was born in 1980 in the city of Kardzhali, Bulgaria. In 2005, he graduated with a bachelor's degree at AMTII - Plovdiv, and in 2007 with a master's degree, majoring in scenography, at the National Academy of Arts, Sofia. He then worked as a scenographer at Sofia Theater and Sfumato. Shopov works in a wide range of disciplines, including visual arts, cinema, theater and literature. Some of his solo exhibitions include :"Dialogues with Dimitar Shopov and Gavazov 2012-2022", "Shelter for stray dogs", "Bitaka na Mitaka", artistic action at Malashevtsi Market.
