Nephele Provata

Nefeli Provata is an artist based in Athens. Her work consists of dynamic creations that include painting, audiovisual installations, and murals. Her art is characterized by intensity and complex color palettes while simultaneously aiming to blur the boundary between form and concept. Having been involved in murals from the beginning of her artistic journey, Nefeli was inspired by the intense nature of Urban Art, incorporating complex palettes into her works. In 2021, she dedicated herself to the art of tattooing, establishing the intense linear character as part of her personal artistic style. In her latest exhibition, Nefeli presents a diptych titled "Getting Older." The artwork captures the timeless joy that arises from everyday experience, through the faces of two elderly individuals.
