Carla Schoppel studied philosophy (BA, MA, PhD) at the University of Bucharest. Equally concerned with Greek philosophy and aesthetics, she curated numerous art exhibitions and wrote and implemented cultural projects that included the visual arts and cultural education, focusing especially on ethnic minorities, migrants and refugees in Romania.
