Ve Kessen

Ve is a carthage-born german artist that spent most of her life living in Kenya and Mauritius and is now based in Munich, Germany. Her artistic style is strongly influenced by her academic background in sociology. She visually approaches topics of inequality by creating SHERO characters and brings them to life with a mix of different mediums. Ve Kessen’s process draws from her heritage, her experiences and her travels and is propelled by this simple notion: THERE IS NO BOX
