A beautiful watercolour of the Mariinsky Prima Ballerina Alina Somova performing The Dying Swan in The Russian Icons Gala in the London Coliseum. I captured her rehearsing in the coliseum. The performance was sublime. I wanted to capture her grace and fluidity which was mesmerising. I also wanted to capture her costume covered and edged in delicate white feathers. A small painting acting like a window looking into a magical moment.
