Poster Export
About
At the crossroads of political restriction and artistic liberation, the Polish School of Poster emerged as a beacon of creativity during a tumultuous era in Polish history. Amid post-war reality, posters adorned the urban landscape with their distinctive styles, imaginative compositions, and dynamic power. They transcended their utilitarian purpose, ascending to the realm of fine art. Born out of necessity, when posters became one of the few avenues for artistic expression under communist rule, this movement transformed into a globally celebrated phenomenon that continues to influence artists to this day. This exhibition aims to showcase a new generation of talented young artists whose work pays homage to the traditions of the Polish School of Poster while pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. Their creations serve as a testament to the enduring relevance of Polish poster artistry and unrestricted creative expression.

My roots run deep into my homeland, and the older I get, the more I appreciate my country’s artistic heritage. The opportunity to create an exhibition with young Polish artists, showcasing their talents and paying homage to our country’s history, is a great privilege.
