The Lightness of Being

February 28 — April 19, 2024
Exhibition   •   Venice, Italy

About

This exhibition aims to offer an experience of contemplation and awareness, inviting visitors to recognize and appreciate the beauty in seemingly insignificant details.
Watercolor, the predominant medium of the exhibition, is chosen to articulate the profound concepts of transparency and weightlessness. Through water, a primordial element, colors and pigments are diluted and blended, creating a kaleidoscope of light and delicate shades, however, able to give life to the complexity and beauty of our human existence, and everything that surrounds us.
Each artwork captures the ephemeral, transforming fleeting moments into eternal portraits of grace and serenity, offering an invitation to contemplate lightness as an art form in itself.

The intention is to prompt a reconsideration of the conventional boundaries of art, inviting individuals to immerse themselves in the delicate interplay of hues and shadows, fostering a deeper appreciation for the nuanced subtleties of our shared human experience.
