1. How do I get started on FOLLOW.ART?
  Just head to follow.art/signup. It takes a minute to sign up and a few more to set up your Nexus Card.
2. What types of artists can join?
  All artists are welcome—painters, sculptors, digital creators, performers, and everything in between. Any medium. Any stage of your career.
3. Do I need to be 18 to join FOLLOW.ART?
  Yes. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Nexus Card
1. What is Nexus Card, and why should I use it?
  Your Nexus Card is your creative identity in one place. Think business card meets portfolio, which is easy to update and share via link, QR code, or your phone wallet. No more juggling multiple profiles or PDFs.
2. What info can I include in my Nexus Card?
  Everything you need for a professional presence: your name, focus, experience, portfolio, links to socials and marketplaces, and optional extras for smooth communication.
3. Can I sell my art through a Nexus Card?
  Not directly. But you can show prices and link to your shop or marketplace so buyers can easily find and purchase your work.
4. Is my Nexus Card a standalone profile, or is it connected to something bigger?
  It’s both. It works like your portfolio and business card but is also part of something bigger: the Connectory. That’s where artists and curators connect without algorithms or posting pressure. Your Card is always visible and searchable by medium, experience, and location, giving you real visibility without the noise.
5. How do I make my Nexus Card stand out?
  Keep it updated with new work and achievements. Share it everywhere—social media, email signatures, proposals, and at events. The more complete it is, the easier you are to find.
Connectory
1. How will Connectory help me connect?
  It’s your networking hub. Find curators and artists that match your vision using filters like location, medium, experience and more, without endless scrolling and algorithms.
2. How does Connectory promote my work?
  Your Nexus Card makes you searchable in Connectory. Plus, you can join conversations on the Community Board—a forum-style space where people post open calls, collab invites, advice, or share stories. You can post your own updates or engage with others.
3. How do I reach out to others?
  Save profiles that interest you and contact them directly using their shared info. Or respond to Community Board posts to start a conversation.

1. What is Nexus Card for curators?
  Think of it as your professional identity. Your Nexus Card puts your curatorial projects, research, and experience in one sleek, shareable format—perfect for panels, proposals, and real networking moments. It’s also your key to the Connectory, making you visible to artists and peers without relying on algorithms.
2. What info can I add?
  Everything that shows your practice at its best: your name, curatorial focus, experience, links to your website or socials, and extras to make collaboration seamless.
3. Is my Nexus Card part of something bigger?
  Yes, much bigger! Your Card isn’t just a portfolio; it’s your entry point to the only platform designed with curators in mind. Inside the Connectory, you’ll find a networking space built for dialogue, shared opportunities, and collaborations, without the noise of traditional social media.
Connectory
1. How does Connectory help curators?
  It’s your scene to shape. The Connectory is the first space where curators can exercise their collective voice: connect with peers, discover artists, share ideas, seek mentorship, and offer advice. Use filters like medium, location, experience and more to find collaborators. Then, head to the Community Board, a forum-style hub where you can post open calls, ask questions, share stories, and start conversations that matter.
2. How do I connect with artists?
  Save the profiles that inspire you and reach out directly, or jump into discussions on the Community Board. Collaboration often starts with a simple post.

Support My Practice
1. What is Support My Practice?
  It’s a feature you can enable on your Nexus Card so anyone who values your work can support you financially, making micro-patronage a norm.
2. How does it work?
  Activate Support My Practice on your Card
  Supporters choose an amount
  Funds go straight to your account
  Payments are processed securely by Stripe (standard processing fees apply).
  
  Note: Available on the Upgraded Nexus Card.
3. Does FOLLOW.ART take a commission?
  No. You get 100% of the contribution (minus Stripe fees).
4. Who is this feature for?
  Independent curators, early-stage artists, and anyone creating important work that doesn’t fit into the commercial art box.

  Yes! Our editorial section features tips and interviews with industry pros. Plus, we share opportunities and exclusive offers in the Community Board.
2. How do I stay updated?
  Subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on the Community Board for updates on features, opportunities, and events.
3. What are beta features?
  Beta features are new tools we’re still perfecting. They’re available for early access so you can try them out and give feedback. Because they’re in testing, they might work differently or have limited functionality compared to final versions.
4. What if I access beta features?
  If you’re given early access, please keep the details confidential unless we tell you otherwise. This helps us improve and launch these tools smoothly.

Account Management & Legal Framework

Username & Identity
1. Can I change my username later?
  Choose carefully. We can help in special cases, but your username should represent your creative identity from the start.
2. What if my account is inactive?
  If you don’t log in or update your account for 6+ months, your username might be reassigned. We’ll contact you first.
3. What if someone uses a name similar to mine?
  Avoid using someone else’s name (artists, curators, brands, or institutions). If you see a conflict, contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Content & Rights
1. Who owns the content I upload?
  You do. Always. When you upload work, you give us permission to showcase it on FOLLOW.ART and in marketing to amplify your voice. There’s no fee, we don’t monetize your content.
2. Can FOLLOW.ART feature my work for promotion?
  Yes, to highlight our community and expand your reach. We’ll always credit you.
3. How do I protect my work?
  Keep backups of your original files. FOLLOW.ART doesn’t replace your own storage.
Subscriptions & Pricing
1. Can I cancel anytime?
  Yes. Cancel anytime, your access lasts until the end of your billing cycle.
2. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
  Yes! These have expiration dates, limits, and conditions (non-transferable, no cash value, not combinable unless stated). Keep an eye out for email updates.
3. Is there a referral program?
  Yes, FOLLOW.ART may offer referral rewards. Terms and conditions will be shown in the referral interface or on our site.
Trust & Security
1. How do you handle my data?
  Your privacy matters. We don’t sell data, and we don’t use algorithms to rank or promote users. You control what you share.
Legal & Terms
1. What laws govern FOLLOW.ART?
  These Terms follow Latvian law. By using FOLLOW.ART, you agree to Latvian jurisdiction. We comply with EU data protection regulations and consumer rights.
2. How will I know about changes to Terms?
  We’ll notify you 30 days before changes via email or platform updates.
